Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at tienda.todoy.maas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
